Divorce Recovery Group for Children

Helping Children Deal with the Adjustments of Divorce in a safe Environment.

Children Will

• learn how to express their feeling related to the divorce appropriately.
• learn the meaning of divorce and how they will effected.
• learn that they are not the only ones who have parents that are divorced through being with other peers in the group.
• learn that they are not to blame for their parents divorce..
• participate in activities to help them label what they are felling about the divorce.
• learn coping skills to deal with their parents divorce.

Children ages 7-10.
