H.O.P.E. Group: Helping Others Parent Effectively

Are you at your wits end?  Are there times when you just feel like giving up on parenting? You are not alone!

H.O.P.E. is here to help!  Meet and talk with other parents in your community and get the support to deal with your troubling teens.

We will discuss coping skills, how to talk to a teen when in a crisis, wellness for yourself, as well as investigate other treatment options for the family
