She sees counseling as a process of fostering hope and support in order to enhance intrinsic motivation for change. She focuses on meeting each client where they are in their lives and facilitating their individual journey towards growth. Kristin focuses on the relationship between thoughts and emotions and changing thought processes in order to change emotions. Through therapy, people can discover unhealthy thought patterns and beliefs and work toward replacing them with healthier alternatives.
