Credentials and Professional Experience
Kelley is a trained Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Twin Cities campus. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Georgia State University. She is licensed in Georgia and Minnesota.
Kelley provides therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Her experience includes providing in-home therapy services to families who have been involved with Child Protective Services, with the goal of preserving family stability and safety. She also has experience seeing clients in private office settings.
Kelley approaches all clients from a systems perspective in order to provide holistic and individualized treatment and goals that will assist them in living life more comfortably and fully. Her work with clients is firmly grounded in family therapy theories. Her perspective takes into consideration life stage, phases of family development, life transitions, trauma, as well as level of differentiation from family of origin and attachment style. Providing a safe, comfortable space and building rapport for the therapeutic relationship is a top priority.
